Terms and Conditions of Brand Ambassador Agreement

As a Brand Ambassador, I understand and agree to the following:

  1. I am 18 years of age or older.
  1. What I need to do?:
  • Create content, educate about our brand, promote our brand in an organic way and leave reviews,
  • Send us your fashion combos with our tights that we can use as content,
  • Act as our network managers, help us get in touch with partners, other sustainable brands, projects,
  • Suggest ideas, concepts and actions that we could do together to help us spread the word of sustainable fashion,
  • Participate in photoshoots (if you have interest),
  1. What’s in it for me?

  1. I understand that I will not receive compensation for use of images or videos used on the company’s social media networks. However, the company will do it’s upmost to make sure embedded referral links are maintained.
  2. I will post as often as I would like on my social media accounts, website and blog using my referral link and tagging APRIL22
  3. I will conduct myself in a manner that reflects the highest standard of integrity and responsibility in keeping with the reputation of the company.
  4. If I choose to leave the Brand Ambassador program any photos or videos will remain in the APRIL22 database to use on their social media platforms and marketing campaigns.
  5. I must be an active Brand Ambassador to remain in the program.
  6. Either party may terminate this agreement immediately for cause or without reason upon written notice.
  7. I agree to the company’s privacy policy and I have read and agree to these terms.
